Easton's Beach Rotunda... not just for weddings!

Today we went to Easton's Beach Rotunda. Connor has been wanting to go on bumper cars and our response has been "oh we have to see how old you have to be I think you have to be 8"! Yea I don't know why I chose "8"... all I know is I didn't want him in those contraptions. So, when my friend told me about the Bumper boats at the beach I was so excited. We decided to make a night of it since it was what they call "discount Monday's"!!!

They have a water slide which we thought both would love... well we were half right... Gavin would NOT go down it! Just our luck... of course he chooses the slide that is $3 for all you can ride to be afraid of. He prefers the slides that are like $5 for 1 time down. Connor on the other hand... ALL over this bad boy!!!

The bumper boats were right next to the water slide and that's what Gavin really wanted to do!!!

Gavin even went on the carousel... yes... I said Gavin!!! He's never really liked carousels or so we thought...

Hey! Who's that cool lady with the shades??? Grandma!!! Even Grandma got into the spirit of things... Go Grandma!!!

Then it was off next door to the rotunda and bouncy time!!! They had 4 different bouncies set up. And even tables for the adults to sit and relax.

while the kids did this...

I feel the need to explain the above photo... Connor is in the process of "bopping" his little brother. They figured out that if you pull the top of these down... and then have your brother stand right next to it... you can let it go and it flies up and smacks said brother right in the face! (Notice Gavin cringing in anticiaption... it was ten followed by extreme laughter!) Yes... they took turns "whapping" each other... now that's brotherly love! Connor's turn below...

The snack bar was right outside so we decided to get dinner and eat inside since it was really windy outside...

They even had free ice cream for the kids...

Towards the end they looked like this...

It was one more time on the carousel and homeward bound... with 2 very happy little boys!!!

Successful night! Not a bad way to start the week!

Happy Monday to all!
