A spring Tease

Saturday was a little over 50 degrees and suny... the boys were very excited to be able to ride their bikes... and even the scooter! No more snow to be found anywhere... springtime was on its way!




Well that is until Sunday! It started snowing again. So back out with the snow gear! Snow suits, hats, gloves, and boots. The boys had a blast running around, once again, with the trucks... moving the snow! Then inside for some nice hot soup and... CreamCicles!!! A special treat for the Boys!




Then surprise surpise... we woke up Monday morning to a blanket of snow... a good 10 inches! Its been snowing on and off all day. So out we were this morning... group effort shoveling. And mommy handed in here Union Card... shoveling like a pro! Next inside for Grilled cheeses... and some quiet time. The boys were very good, considering no naps (Can you feel my excitement?!?! No naps = Quick to sleep).

So back out again in the afternoon. We went exploring around the neighborhood and saw everyone shoveling their driveways from the day's snow cover. It was so cold the walk around the block actually kept us warm. Then inside for a nice hot dinner of soup and pb&j on Saltine crackers (Oh the memories...)
